Dear customers,

we would like to inform you regarding the following current issue:
 
Delays at Terminal RWG in processing of barges
 
Unfortunately, we have experienced for a considerable time delays in the processing of barges at RWG Terminal in Rotterdam.
Up to now these delays were compensated by us, also by discharging cargo externally at RCT Kramer Terminal.
Due to the current waiting times of about 6 days at RWG and due to the resulting shortages at RCT Kramer this alternative is now running low.
 
Of course, we are still working on other solutions and are offering you for instance our rail products as an alternative.
 
Nevertheless, we are precautiously asking for your understanding that we assume no liability for any detention or demurrage costs or for any not reached connecting maritime vessels resulting from this delivery obstacle.
 
If you already have made bookings with us, we will inform you about all further steps in a separate email.
