Dear Customers,
We hereby wish to inform you about the current inland shipping surcharges.
The existing Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) for March 2026 is at level 35 according to the Frankenbach BAF scale:

The bunker prices determined by KBN, Rotterdam, for the period from March 9, 2026, to March 15, 2026, inclusive, are now also available and have further increased.
This results in the following additional “Emergency-BAF” for inland waterway shipments from March 23, 2026, to March 29, 2026, inclusive:

The decisive factor for the calculation is the respective departure date of the inland vessel from Mainz or from the seaport.
The other existing and published surcharges will not change for the time being.
