To strengthen our team at the Mainz-Mombach branch in the area of forwarding/import/export, we are looking for a/an Customs Clerk (m/f/d) Import/Export at the earliest possible date.

Your challenge
Your tasks include the handling of imports and exports in compliance with current customs and foreign trade laws. You will create documents and invoices, take over the shipment entry and communicate with customs authorities, forwarding agents, customers and the main customs office. In addition, you will obtain information and permits and process inquiries from the main customs office. Further tasks include freight calculation, preparation of quotations and shipment tracking.
Your qualities
You have successfully completed training in the field of forwarding or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in customs (import/export/ATLAS). You are confident in the use of common MS Office programs, especially Excel. In addition, you have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. You show commitment and
sense of responsibility, coupled with flexibility and organizational skills.
