Bunker surcharge for inland waterway shipments in April 2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The gas oil price index determined by KBN, Rotterdam has increased. For April 2026, the bunker adjustment factor (BAF) will be set at level 38 <\/p>\n

of the Frankenbach BAF scale. We kindly ask for your attention. <\/p>\n

\nUpdate Congestion Situation in Rotterdam and Antwerp<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

We would like to inform you about the existing delays in the seaports of Antwerp and Rotterdam:<\/p>\n

Waiting times in Rotterdam currently amount to up to 96 hours. In Antwerp, waiting times of up to 42 hours are occurring. <\/p>\n

We would therefore like to point out that arrival times cannot be guaranteed and closings cannot be kept.<\/p>\n

We must reject any liability for all resulting costs (e.g., demurrage and detention) as a precaution.<\/p>\n

Rail Energy Surcharge Q2 \/ 2026 <\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The quarterly Rail Energy Surcharge remains at the previous level.<\/p>\n

Please note a rate of 12.00 euros per TEU for the second quarter of 2026.<\/p>\n

Adjustment Peak Surcharge Truck
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Due to adjustments by terminal operators in Rotterdam and Antwerp regarding their respective peak surcharges<\/p>\n

Regarding truck handling, we would also like to inform you about our surcharges effective April 1, 2026:<\/p>\n

Rotterdam: <\/strong>Terminal RWG 31.00 euros<\/strong><\/p>\n

Antwerp:<\/strong> Terminal DPW \/ 1700 20.00 euros<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For all other terminals, the previously communicated amounts remain unchanged.<\/p>\n

Terminal opening hours during the upcoming Easter holidays<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Please take into account the upcoming Easter holidays on April 3 and April 6, 2024, and the two associated shortened work weeks (CW 14 & 15). <\/p>\n

The FCT Container Terminal Mainz and the office will be closed on both holidays. Furthermore, we will have restricted incoming and outgoing traffic across our transport modes during this period. <\/p>\n

Please take these restrictions into account when planning your transport; we kindly ask for early reservations if possible.<\/p>\n
