Your Challenge during the Apprenticeship
\n<\/strong>During your apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant, you will become familiar with the diverse commercial and organizational processes of our company. You will take on varied tasks in office organization, process inquiries, and support the planning and coordination of operational processes. In doing so, you will be in contact with customers, process invoices, and gain insights into various administrative departments. You will rotate through different departments of our company and learn how important a well-organized administration is for smooth business operations. You will be able to apply your knowledge from vocational school directly in practice and increasingly take on tasks independently. <\/p>\n

Your Profile
\n<\/strong>You have a good school leaving certificate and are interested in commercial and organizational tasks. You enjoy planning processes, maintaining an overview, and actively shaping daily office life. You enjoy working with people and are able to work both independently and as part of a team. If you are also reliable, meticulous, communicative, and motivated to learn new things and take on responsibility, then we look forward to receiving your application! <\/p>\n
