The gas oil price index determined by KBN, Rotterdam has risen slightly; for March 2026, the bunker adjustment factor (BAF) is set at level 35 on the Frankenbach BAF scale.

Update Congestion Situation in Rotterdam and Antwerp
We would like to inform you about the existing delays in the seaports of Antwerp and Rotterdam: Waiting times in Rotterdam are currently up to 96 hours. In Antwerp, waiting times are up to 42 hours. We would therefore like to point out that arrival times cannot be guaranteed and closings may not be kept. We must reject any liability for all resulting costs (e.g., demurrage and detention) as a precaution.
