FRANKENBACH HAS BEEN MOVING GOODS OF ALL KINDS FOR OVER 150 YEARS.
By land, and later also on water and in the air. It started with horse-drawn carriages. Then came monstrous tractors, later respectable trucks. Today, 250 state-of-the-art trucks are ready.
The foundation of the company was laid by great-grandfather Christian Frankenbach. In Mainz-Kastel, he harnessed the horses. From the smallest beginnings, a haulage business with more than 10 teams developed. Son Ernst Frankenbach, born in 1902, followed in his father’s footsteps and in 1936 made the switch to trucks. But the war destroyed all future plans. The state confiscated the trucks and made the haulage contractor a soldier.
